San Francisco · Kids Mindfulness & Yoga
Giving children the inner tools to navigate a world that moves faster every day — one breath at a time.
"The question isn't what our kids do with technology —
it's what technology does to them."
Andy Crouch — The Life We're Looking For
Our kids are growing up with more screens and less stillness than any generation before them. STEM, AI literacy, digital tools — but few schools offer a dedicated, recurring practice for the inner life.
Mindfulness isn't a reward or a break. It's a skill — one that compounds. A child who learns to regulate at seven carries that capacity into every classroom, relationship, and challenge ahead.
In a world of devices, kids need to feel at home in their bodies. Breath, movement, and stillness aren't abstract — they're tools children can access anywhere, anytime, for the rest of their lives.
Seven Days Yoga meets children where they are — in classrooms, in gyms, and on their mats.
Weekly in-school sessions designed to fit your schedule — standalone enrichment, PE integration, or a dedicated wellness block. Available for all grade levels.
A gentle introduction for your team — often the easiest first step toward a school-wide partnership. Teachers who practice calm, teach calm.
Private and small-group sessions in the Marina area, including a seven-class foundational package designed to build a lasting practice over 90 days.
I'm one of seven kids — and an aunt to nineteen nieces and nephews. Children have always been at the center of my world, and so has the question of how we raise them well.
I've been teaching yoga for ten years, six of them at CorePower Yoga here in San Francisco. Over that time I've watched adults arrive on their mats completely depleted — anxious, overstimulated, searching for stillness. Every time, I think: what if they'd had these tools as children?
Seven Days Yoga is my answer to that question. It lives at the intersection of movement, breath, and the belief that inner stillness is one of the most important things we can give a child — especially now.
